District Office for Investigating Allegations of Bribery and Corruption

The National Action Plan Against Corruption 2025-2029, under the initiative of the Internal Affairs Division in Government Institutions, was inaugurated on 09.04.2025 at the Bandaranaike International Conference Hall, Colombo under the patronage of Hon. President Anura Kumara Dissanayake. The Internal Affairs Division of the Jaffna District Secretariat was established on 28.04.2025. The Additional District Secretary of the Jaffna District Secretariat, Mr. K. Sivakaran, has been appointed as the Head of this Division. The said Division, which was jointly established by the Bribery and Corruption Commission and the President’s Office, can be used to lodge complaints and unresolved issues regarding bribery and corruption.
